The glass is where it shows use - carafe has coffee stains, we never got the right cleaning tool so it was hard to reach - pretty sure it will come off with some elbow grease but you can also purchase a brand new carafe on their website flawless for everyday use. excellent materials and excellent craftsmanship ensure long-lasting durability.
