Includes Dual-port USB 2A Car Adapter, light gray Carry Case and original Instructions, plus an unopened 15ml bottle DoTerra essential oil.I have tested this diffuser several times.......the instructions recommend adding water only to the purple marker, add 3-5 pure essential oil, and then plug the diffuser into a 2amp power adapter (like a rapid-charge cell phone charger, which is how I tested it), turn ON/Off button on......it took just shy of 3 hrs to fully charge (charging status indicator light turns from red to green when fully charged). Run time is approximately 3 hrs. I did NOT test car adapter. PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS fully!!!
